4. Client & Project Deliverables
Ownership of intellectual property in custom project Deliverables is governed by our Terms of Service (Section 12) and, where applicable, the specific Statement of Work for your engagement. In summary: custom Deliverables are assigned to the Client upon full payment, while ETHIOR retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components, which are licensed to the Client as embedded in the Deliverable.
5. Third-Party & Open-Source Components
Some Deliverables built by ETHIOR may incorporate third-party or open-source software components, which remain governed by their own respective licenses. ETHIOR will identify any such components with materially restrictive licensing terms as part of the relevant engagement, where applicable.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to ETHIOR — such as a testimonial, review, or feedback — for potential publication, you grant ETHIOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and display that content in connection with promoting ETHIOR’s Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [legal@ethior.com] with: a description of the copyrighted or trademarked work you believe has been infringed; the location of the material on the Website; your contact details; and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We investigate and respond to legitimate notices promptly.
